FIA Main Event - Santa Pod Raceway, England
"We lost pressure..."
After the first day of qualification was canceled for the never ending "English rain" we got at least two changes to get qualified on Sunday. We did our first run down the quarter mile with a soft set up and managed a 6,47/215,43 miles, what was at that point good for the 7th spot.
With this we was placed in front of Melanie Troxel. I have truly to say that this was something very special. If some body asked me a few years ago about my drag racing future I wasn´t thinking to run one day in my live the same class (and even at the same event) as some of my racing heroes from the US...more
